This is the intellectual and strategic home of Technocratic Neo-Apartheid™ (TNA™) and Technocratic Neo-Colonialism™ (TNC™) —two original frameworks developed to define the emerging regimes of AI-driven oppression, economic control, and global digital stratification.

These frameworks were created to fill a critical gap in how we talk about power in the age of artificial intelligence. While media and institutions continue to focus on bias and ethics, this project addresses the structures, systems, and intentional architectures that govern life through code.

What Is Technocratic Neo-Apartheid™ (TNA™)?

A digitally enforced system of exclusion, stratification, and suppression enabled by algorithmic tools and justified by technocratic logic.

Unlike traditional apartheid, TNA™ doesn't rely on skin color at a checkpoint—it uses facial recognition, predictive policing, and data-driven decision-making to automate access and suspicion. The result is a new form of invisible segregation, enforced through digital infrastructure.

What Is Technocratic Neo-Colonialism™ (TNC™)?

A global system of economic and political domination, governed by AI, automation, and digital infrastructure—where developing nations are controlled by algorithms they did not create and cannot contest.

TNC™ is the international expression of TNA™. It does not require military occupation, only control over risk scores, digital lending models, and global AI platforms. It is colonialism without apparent colonizers, executed through predictive metrics and infrastructure monopolies.

What Is the TNA–TNC Project™?

The TNA–TNC Project™ is a growing research and resistance framework designed to:

• Name and expose algorithmic oppression systems

• Define the mechanisms of digital stratification

• Equip communities with language, models, and tools for sovereignty

This project spans essays, infographics, white papers, and eventual institute-level research through the forthcoming Dajalé Institute.
